How do I enquire about an apartment and availability?
 


Email us with your required dates, number of adults and children, preferred apartment style and we'll send you our availability.Please note all tariffs are clearly listed on each apartment page.

 

How much deposit do I need to pay?
 


All bookings require a deposit of 25% (minimum $200). Balance required 30 days before arrival. Payments can be VISA or Mastercard.

 

What time is Check-in and Checkout?
 


Check-in is at 2pm. This allows our housekeeping staff the time to prepare your apartment. If you arrive earlier than 2pm, you can call us to check if your apartment is ready.

Checkout is at 10am sharp, and you will be charged a half night's tariff for late check out.

 

How do I get from the airport to Manly?
 


You can catch a taxi from the airport - cost approximately $65 and 4 people can be accommodated in a taxi.

You can catch the Airport Shuttle Bus.

Self-catering accommodation
 


All of our accommodation is self-catering. This means you have all the facilities to cook & clean yourself during your stay. It is your responsibility to keep the unit clean. We provide you with some cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.

We also supply you with an initial amount of soap, toilet paper and washing detergent. However once that runs out you must buy your own.

On your departure you must ensure the unit is left clean & tidy. If it is not left clean & tidy then a cleaning fee will be charged. Depending on the size of the unit the cleaning fee may be up to $220 and will be charged to your security bond. So it is your responsibility to leave the unit clean & tidy.

Do the apartments have broadband Internet access?
 

No

Why do I have to advise you 48 hours in advance of my arrival in Manly?
 


Manly Shores Holiday Apartments office hours are 9-5 Mon- Fri 9-12 noon Sat & Sun Closed public holidays

You must contact us at least 48 prior to your arrival if you are arriving out side office hours.
